When you are arranging a trip that’s going to cost a fair bit of money, you are always worried about being cheated – that the agency pushes you onto a hotel where they get the biggest commission, irrespective of whether it meets the customers needs. It wasn’t like that with you, all the places you recommended were great.
I think it’s great that you detail all the elements of the booking in your invoice, so that I could make a judgment on whether each item seemed reasonable. Quick responses to my emails was confidence-building, as was your understanding of our requirements - listening to the customer – a winning concept.
We felt that you took responsibility for our trip and that it was going to be a success, especially when you sorted out the problem we had before our itinerary started. Thanks for being so helpful and meticulous, it all worked out really well.
