The Burasari is a lovers' hideaway in the heart of bustling Patong. The exoticly decorated lobby of this city-style resort sets a stylishly elegant impression that the rest of the resort does nothing to dispel. The Burasari has no less than 186 rooms, spread over 9 room categories. In each category, some rooms have pool views, while some, rather boringly, look out over the neighbouring rooftops. All in all, this resort is recommended for couples and honeymooners. There is no kids club and the resort is generally not aimed at youngsters. It offers tremendous value for money, delivering a level of luxury normally only seen in establishments that are far costlier.
Accommodation
Thai Elite
The Thai Elite rooms are an excellent choice for those who like a Thai resort room to look and feel like it is in Thailand, rather than looking like it could be anywhere on the planet, which is sadly the case with most Thai resorts. The rooms exhibit a pleasingly Thai style to go with all the modern comforts which 21st-century luxury travellers have come to expect. The decorative cupboards lend burnished bronze & golden hues to a room predominantly finished in polished hardwoods. There are numerous places to get cozy, including the large daybed on the terrace. The rooms aren’t large, so aren’t really suitable for spending significant daytime time in.
Collection Series
We also especially liked the Collection Series rooms, which are corner suites and have an private outdoor jacuzzi. Offering a variety of spots to get intimate and enough room to relax in, they are a great choice for honeymooners.
Pool Access
The large Pool Access rooms exit directly into the main pool, which sports various water features and a large island, dotted with cushioned lounges.
