This is currently one of Lipe’s best mid-range resorts.
It's a very nice place to hang out, but a bit frustrating to stay at, as for example booked daytrips get completely forgotten about.
We don't recommend you book in advance here as the place is not well organised, so it's best to just turn up.
In peak season it will be full, so it is unlikely you will be able to turn up and get a room.
Situated on Pattay beach, the really excellent thing about this resort is the extremely comfortable and atmospheric shared restaurant and relaxation area.
The visitor is spoiled for choice for comfy places to collapse – hammocks, Thai cushions, bamboo benches with comfy cushion backs, driftwood backed by comfy cushions – it’s quite a job figuring out which spot you fancy most.
It's impossible not to relax here. The resort is a popular place to relax, even for those not staying here.
Accommodation
2-floor Seafront Tree-house
These great units have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, and a 2nd bedroom upstairs. They sleep up to 4 people. The sea-views views from the upper floor are sensational. The bathrooms aren’t all that great, and the water is the showers isn’t clear.
The units are a little worn, but sill clean and comfortable. The best of these 2 units is the easternmost one, as it gets the best views.
2-floor Garden Tree-house
These are the same as the above units, only they get no sea-views.
Seafront Bungalow
These 2 units are clean and smart, but suffer from the same water problems are described above. The easternmost unit has the best location, as it’s view of the sea is unobstructed.
Garden Bungalow
These are the same as the above, with no sea view. They are a reasonable value for money and a good place to stay, if you can’t put up with the slightly brown shower water.
