This is an excellent mid-range choice for families and couples alike. An attractively presented hotel, large antique-looking pots spout water into a koi carp pond surrounding an orchid-clad tree. The sizeable pool is backed by mature fan palms in this jungle-clad resort 20 metres from the beach.
Accommodation
Countryside Room
These affordable rooms are as sizable and smart as many Khao Lak rooms 50-100% more expensive, and are recommended. Immaculate throughout, even the balcony floors are in mint condition (these are usually the places where the first signs of wear appear). The single pair of connecting ground floor rooms is an excellent choice for families, as parents sitting on their balcony need keep only half an eye on their children frolicking in the pool next door.
Garden Villa
These rooms have more privacy and bigger balconies. They are bigger than the ‘Countryside’ rooms, but are under-furnished, so the extra space just makes then look empty.
Deluxe Villa
These are the largest of the rooms in the resort, and are the least expensive as they are the furthest from the amenities and beach. They are recommended for groups of backpackers, who can add a mattress or two to them, and so get 2-star priced accommodation in a 3-star resort.
Prices
The above rates are net per room per night and inclusive of service charge and breakfast for 2 people in high and peak seasons (exclusive of breakfast in low season).
