Hotel Prices

At many of the best hotels in the region, in different price brackets, we have negotiated rates which are lower than those you will find on the big booking engines such as Agoda. In other resorts we can match Agoda's rate. For some resorts we can't match Agoda's rate and are up to 5% more expensive.

We offer a much higher service level than Agoda etc, as follows:

• As we are based here, we can advise you on the best places in the region to stay and eat, plus the best trips to take.
• As we know the resorts, we can request the best rooms for you. If you want to avoid a gloomy and/or noisy room, we can help.
• We can organise all your transfers, including taxis, boats and planes.
• We can lay on inexpensive private boat transfers, stopping off at islands en route. These private boat transfers, stopping at attractions en route, are unavailable elsewhere.
• For taxis and private minivan transfers we can break your journey by stopping at attractions and restaurants en route. Why drive past somewhere fun, when you can break your journey and turn a boring taxi ride into a fun day out ? Nobody else can offer you this service, which contributes directly to the quality of your holiday.
• Most of our daytrips are private offerings only available through us.
• We offer a full in-country support service with a help line you can ring for support and advice.

We offer these services to customers who book their whole vacation through us, not to customers who ask to book only the transfers and/or daytrips.

If you can find a hotel price elsewhere which is lower than ours then we will attempt to beat it or match it. Sometimes we can't do this and we will offer you the hotel at up to 5% more than Agoda does. If you wish to take advantage of our much higher service level, we ask you to accept this slightly higher hotel rate. We reserve the right to decline transfer and daytrip bookings from customers who do not book their hotels through us.
