This is what one would imagine it would be like. 479 homogenous rooms overlooking a grassy coconut garden littered with people receiving an open air massage.
The resort is located on Kata Noi beachfront 1 km from Kata beach, is 20 years old and is beginning to show it. The floors are becoming uneven and the rooms are oddly shaped. For the price of the rooms you would hope that the small amenities would be free, but no, they are not.
As a conference venue it is consummately professional with 4 fully equipped conference rooms seating 15 to 180 people.
The Seacret wedding venue is worth looking at, but unless you are planning to book out the resort, expect 400 other people walking in and out of your special day.
Accommodation
The new wing is lighter and separate from the main wing, however it is set back from the beach on the inland side of the road, making reaching the beach a drag.
The Superior rooms (image on the right) have a waterfall running in the bathroom, which doesn’t look as good as it sounds.
The Grand Suites (image on the right) have pebbles as flooring in the bath room, ankle breaking territory.
The Deluxe rooms (image left) have half triple beds and half two doubles, but due to hotel policy only 3 people can stay in a room.
Prices
The above rates are net per room per night and inclusive of service charge.
