Gazing out over the anonymous rooftops of Kata town towards the se beyond, Boomerang Village has 21 rooms spread amongst well manicured gardens. With 4 inexpensive room types to choose from, free baby cots, baby sitting service, a free shuttle service to Kata beach, in room wi-fi and welcoming staff, this is quite a little hideaway.
This is a popular resort so if it is tickling your fancy you should book well in advance - at the time of inspection it was booked out 6 months in advance.
Accommodation
The pool suites offer an abundance of Buddhist imagery, including a mask of Him overlooking the toilet (maybe not the most appropriate place), but offer little more than their garden counterparts, which have better views and more privacy. The Superior rooms are not as their name suggests; they have creature comforts but lack a view and are laden in mosquitoes. It is the Deluxe room here that gets our thumbs up; higher on the hill with the best views in the resort and the privacy that a hideaway would suggest.
Prices
The above rates are net per room per night and inclusive of service charge.
