Introduction
This rapidly downwardly mobile establishment is in an advanced state of decay, and is at all costs to be avoided.

The hilltop viewpoint building, which must in bygone days have been a wonderfull spot, has now succumbed to neglect, but still offers stunning sunset views, for those people brave or foolish enough to negotiate the overgrown jungle trail leading there. |
The rest of the resort seems set to follow the viewpoint building - weeds cover what looks like it was once a smart garden, years-old rusty relics of better days are scattered about, and the bungalows are extremely grotty. The air-con rooms are bound to come with a wheeze, judging from the look af the ancient air-con units.
"Personally, I wouldn't pay THB 1,000 a stay here. You'd have to pay me, and a fair bit more than THB 1,000, to stay here."
