Our Jungle House, Khao Sok

This resort, situated a kilometer away from the centre of Khao Sok Visitor Centre, consists of river-side bungalows and tree-houses. The bungalows are situated in dense jungle and reached by lengthy winding pathways, which are difficult to negotiate in the rain and are dangerous at night without a torch, due to the presence of snakes.
More adventurous travelers will enjoy the thrill of being secluded in a patch of jungle, but other travelers will find the snake threat scary and the inaccessibility of the rest of Khao Sok’s amenities annoying. The resort’s tree-houses are comfortable and clean, but are really just bungalows on long stilts.
