Introduction

This well located hotel in Nana zone, very close to the great Bed Supper Club and Q Bar nightclubs, is rather let down by the somewhat high prices charged. It has a large pool surrounded by sufficient loungers. The pool bar and poolside restaurant make this a pleasant place to relax. The main Peppermill restaurant is perfectly adequate for breakfast, but most people dine out. The lobby is comfortable if not opulently furnished, and is a good place to relax with a cup of tea, or maybe a gin and tonic.

Accommodation

Superior 28 sqm

These small rooms are expensive for the standard and size offered. They look dated, and won't wow anyone.

Deluxe 32 sqm

These rooms are a bit of an improvement over the cramped Superior rooms, but still small. The woodwork gleams, there is a flat screen TV, and the decor is much more up-to-date than that in the old-fashioned Superior rooms

Deluxe Corner 49 sqm

These large and comfortable rooms have his'n'hers washbasins in the bathroom. Located on the corner of the building, they offer views in two directions. The rooms in the northeast corner have the best views. Some people find the northeast corner rooms on the lower floors noisy, so it's best to request a high-floor room. If a high floor room is not available, then people who are sensitive to noise levels are advised to request a room in the southwest corner instead.

Deluxe Terrace 36 sqm

These rooms include a huge terrace on which a sofa and a lounger beg to be sprawled on. They offer a good spot to do a little sunbathing a la naturelle, to get rid of those annoying bikina marks picked up on the beaches down south - the nearest skyscraper is distant enough to require a voyeur to need binoculars.

As very few people bring binoculars on holiday, you're pretty safe stripping off here, unless there happend to be a bird-watchers' convention on in one of the neighbouring hotels.

These rooms give the guest a pleasant feeling of being in the city, rather than looking at it, and are recommended, even though they are somewhat expensive for the size and standard.

Suite 66 sqm

These huge units offer a bedroom, living room and bathroom in an attractive open-plan layout. They are all located on corners of the building so get great views, with the vierws from the northeast corner being the best. There are enough pillow in the living room for a football team to have a pillow fight.
