Our Liability to You

• (I). We accept responsibility for ensuring that the travel arrangements which you book with us are supplied as described in our web site, catalogue and brochures and that the services offered reach a reasonable standard. If any part of your holiday arrangements is not provided as promised, we will pay you appropriate compensation, if this has affected the enjoyment of your holiday arrangements. We also accept responsibility for what our employees, agents and suppliers do or do not do providing they were at the time acting within the scope of their employment. Please note that we will under no circumstances be liable for any injury, illness or death or consequent losses suffered by you or any member of your party. You should take out insurance.
  
  
• (II). In respect of travel by air, sea and rail, the extent of our liability will in all cases be limited as if we were carriers under the appropriate Conventions, which include The Warsaw/Montreal Conventions (international travel by air); The Athens Convention, The Berne/Cotif Convention (with respect to rail travel) and The Paris Convention (with respect to accommodation arrangements.
