We start by staying in Ao Nang for 5 nights. Most people rest up on day 2, others take an optional extra Ao Nang tour.

On day 3 more energetic kayakers will go to Bor Thor, while kayakers looking for an easy spot of paddling to start their holiday will paddle Ao Thalane.

On day 4 most people take a rest day, while others take an optional extra sunset paddling trip to Railay. Day 5 is a rest day, or you can take an optional extra Ao Nang tour.

On day 6 you take a private boat across the incomparably beautiful Phang Nga Bay to Koh Yao Noi. En route, you stop to paddle, swim and snorkel around stunning Koh Hong.

On arrival on Koh Yao Noi you check in to Ulmar's Nature Lodge. Many people choose to upgrade to either Lom Lae resort or Paradise resort.

On day 7 we load up the kayaks onto a privatel longtail boat 'mother-ship' and go lagoon exploring and island-hopping. Many people choose to go deep water soloing as it is a free optional extra.

On day 8 you go for a private sunset island beach barbeque.

On day 9 you have a rest day.

On day 10 we transfer you to the island of Koh Lao Liang. We conclude with 3 nights on Koh Lao Liang, a pristine and unspoiled eco-resort which we explore by kayak.

This trip is designed for mixed groups of beginners and experienced kayakers plus non-kayakers, for whom a range of alternative activities is available. This holiday does not include any deep-sea kayaking in order to make it suitable for mixed groups.
