Pelagian

The Pelagian was built at the Batservice Verft A/S Shipyard in Mandal, Norway, as a elegant world-ranging motor yacht. Her construction was to Lloyd's +100A1 yacht and +LMC classification, and she was stoutly built to travel the world's oceans in comfort, safety and style.

Pelagian cruises at 9-knots and she has a range of over 8,000 nautical miles! Onboard watermakers and over 20,000 liters of fresh water in the tanks mean that we don't need to worry about having an extra shower or rinsing our cameras one more time.

Pelagian cruises at 9 knots and, with 42 metric tons of diesel fuel aboard, she has a range of over 8,000 nautical miles.

Onboard water-makers and over 20 tons of fresh water in the tanks mean that we don't need to worry about having an extra shower or rinsing our cameras one more time! Measuring 35 meters (114 feet) overall in length, her beam is 7.5 meters (24 feet) and her draft is 3.4 meters (11 feet). At 245 tons, she has the size and heft to provide us with a secure base for our exploration of the aquatic world.
